The CERTOP is a french Research Institute, a joint social sciences laboratory of the CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research), University Toulouse – Jean Jaurès and University Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier. It also hosts a Regional Research Center of Céreq (National Research Center on Training and Qualifications).
