Syntheses of organofluorine derivatives by a new radical process

Abstract : New routes to organofluorine derivatives based on the powerful xanthate radical transfer technology are described. A special emphasis is placed on the synthesis of trifluoromethylsubstituted structures, including trifluoromethylketones and fluorinated aromatic and heteroaromatic substances of interest to the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries.
