Adaptive Optics for Biomedical Microscopy

Abstract : Over the last decade, researchers have applied adaptive optics--a technology that was originally conceived for telescopes--to high-resolution microscopy in order to overcome the problems caused by specimen-induced aberrations. © 2012 Optical Society of America
